In steelmaking system engineering, the converter adopts the bottom blowing and stirring process, which has the advantages of improving the alloying rate and deoxidation rate and reducing the splash loss of the converter. The bottom blowing mixing system is equipped with PLC control, which can meet the smelting requirements of various steel types and realize the production of high-quality special steel; the factory is equipped with a high-efficiency continuous casting machine, which enables the factory to produce high-quality small slabs and billets.

The special steel plate system project adopts the hot charging and hot delivery process. The main steel types include high-performance pipeline steel, high-performance corrosion-resistant steel, high-tech marine steel, and other high-quality special steels, extending the industrial chain and increasing the added value of products.

The company's main products have been used in key national projects such as the Beijing Olympics project, high-speed rail, nuclear power, and the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and have been exported to the United States, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Italy, and other countries.
