The First Stainless Steel BA Coil was Successfully Rolled off the Bright Annealing Line 4 Of Liuzhou Steel Zhongjin Cold Rolling Plant

Recently, the bright annealing line No. 4 of the cold rolling mill of Liuzhou Steel Zhongjin Company completed debugging and successfully rolled off the first roll of stainless steel BA coil, marking the successful trial production of the production line and the first roll of stainless steel BA coil rolled off the production line.
After continuous optimization and debugging by the process team, the production line has made substantial progress in technical accuracy and production efficiency. It uses an intelligent temperature control system and dynamic roller compensation technology to control the thickness accuracy of the steel coil to ±2 microns, equivalent to 1/50 of the diameter of a hair. The hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas annealing technology improves material performance while reducing energy consumption.
After the production is put into operation, the BA plate output of this production line can be increased by 67,200 tons per year, covering ultra-thin products of 0.15~1.0mm, mainly for high-end home appliances, medical equipment and other fields.
As a practical project for the plant to promote the high-end, intelligent and green strategy, the production line will subsequently carry out the research and development and trial production of ultra-thin BA plates to provide strong support for Liuzhou Steel Zhongjin Company to expand the high-end cold rolling market.
