Xiwang Special Steel Co., Ltd.and its subsidiariesis a leading high-end special steel producer located in Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China . The Group was founded in 2003 and was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on February 23, 2012. The Group's production base is located in Xiwang Industrial Park, Zouping City, Shandong Province, China. It has an integrated production process from ironmaking and steelmaking to secondary metallurgy, die casting, continuous casting and steel rolling. The Group's products include ordinary steel mainly used in construction and infrastructure projects and special steel used in high-speed rail, automobiles, marine vessels, wind power, bearings, petrochemicals, machinery and equipment.

The Group has two production modes: (1) steel scrap is used as raw material to produce steel through electric arc furnace; (2) iron ore is converted into sintering material in sintering furnace to produce molten iron in blast furnace, and then steel is produced in converter. The Group has made the production mode more flexible by utilizing different raw materials to control costs and product mix.
