1. Production Capabilities

The company currently operates two large-scale hot-dip galvanized wire production lines, six small-scale hot-dip galvanized wire lines, and one small-scale electro-galvanized wire line. The annual output of hot-dip galvanized wire reaches 120,000 tons; with a third large-scale hot-dip galvanizing line currently under construction, annual capacity is set to increase to 150,000 tons. Additionally, the company possesses two hot-dip galvanized steel sheet production lines with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons, ensuring a stable supply for bulk orders.

2. Core Products and Specifications

Galvanized Wire 
Hot-dip galvanized wire diameters range from 0.5mm to 5.8mm; electro-galvanized wire diameters range from 0.45mm to 5.0mm. Zinc coating weight can be controlled between 10g/m² and 300g/m², and tensile strength fluctuations are kept within a 50MPa range. These products are suitable for applications such as construction binding, wire mesh, guardrails, agriculture, and industrial manufacturing.

Galvanized Steel Coil
The company specializes in producing various steel sheet and wire products with thicknesses of 0.11–0.60mm and widths of 750–1250mm. Offerings include 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheets (coating weight: 30–180g/m²), anti-fingerprint sheets, cut-to-length sheets, corrugated sheets, and galvanized steel wire. Available grades for hot-dip galvanized steel coils include DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z, SGCC, S250GD–S550GD, ASTM A653 SS Grade 33–80, DX53D+Z, DX54D+Z, etc. Zinc coating weights range from Z30 to Z275, with customization available up to Z600. Surface treatments include chromating (Cr3/Cr6), oiling, skin-passing, and anti-fingerprint (AFP) coating. Spangle options include zero, minimized, regular, and large spangle; coil inner diameters are 508mm or 610mm.
Products comply with standards such as JIS G3302, ASTM A653M, EN10327, and DIN17162. They feature excellent corrosion resistance, surface quality, formability, and weldability, along with high dimensional accuracy, making them suitable for automated continuous production.

Color-Coated Sheets (PPGI/PPGL)
The company supplies color-coated sheets and coils, which are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and corrosion-resistant, and can be processed directly. Common colors include grey, sea blue, and brick red. They are primarily used in industries such as advertising, construction, home appliances, electrical equipment, furniture, and transportation.

Carbon Steel and Wear-Resistant Steel Plates
We also supply cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel plates as well as wear-resistant steel plates. Thicknesses range from 0.5mm to 400mm, with material grades including A36, SS400, Q235, Q345, S235JR, S275JR, S355J0, etc. These are used in applications such as boiler vessels, flanges, shipbuilding plates, structural construction, mining machinery, and heavy-duty equipment.

3. Quality Control and Export Packaging
The company maintains strict quality control. Each batch undergoes testing—such as salt spray tests, T-bend tests, and coating quality verification—and we support third-party inspections by agencies like SGS, BV, and Intertek. Export shipments utilize standard sea-worthy packaging—including waterproof paper, steel strapping, steel rings, metal covers, and wooden crates—supporting both vertical and horizontal ("eye-to-sky") orientations to effectively prevent moisture and rust during transit. Standard lead times range from 7 to 15 days; specifications, zinc coating weights, surface treatments, and packaging methods can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
