Guangxi Nanning Canghai Steel Co., Ltd. specializes in: straight seam rolled pipes, steel plate rolled pipes, large-diameter steel pipes, spiral pipes, spiral welded pipes, straight seam pipes, spiral steel pipes, steel casings, etc., and is a professional spiral pipe manufacturer. Founded in 2010, the company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a building area of 12,000 square meters and a total investment of 98 million yuan. It has two advanced double-sided submerged arc spiral welded pipe production lines and four double-sided submerged arc straight seam welded pipe production lines, with an annual output of up to 80,000 tons. The company has complete production, process, equipment and testing equipment and strong technical strength.

Our factory's main products are spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes with diameters of 219-3420 mm and wall thicknesses of 6mm-26mm, and large-diameter, thick-walled (wall thickness up to 70mm) double-sided submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipes. Annual production capacity is 80,000 tons. Our products are widely used in pipelines for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, power, heating, water supply and drainage, sugar refining, and papermaking industries, as well as in piling, subway steel support structures, and other related industries. To ensure the welding quality of our products, our factory has introduced advanced American Lincoln welding equipment and matching non-destructive testing equipment for all production lines, including portable X-ray full weld flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, and hydrostatic testing.

We have established a complete set of quality control points, inspection points, and a complete process flow, as well as physical and chemical testing equipment related to the products. The product quality, appearance, geometric dimensions, and weld root quality must all comply with the Ministry of Petroleum Industry standard SY/T5037-2012.
