Recently, Sangang has successfully developed a new Φ8mm 80# high-carbon steel, adding a new member to its wire rod product range.
80# high carbon steel is widely used in fields with strict requirements on elasticity and strength, such as mechanical parts processing. In order to ensure that the product quality meets user requirements, the R&D team has developed a detailed production trial plan after multiple rounds of discussions. Starting from the raw material screening stage, the smelting and rolling process parameters are precisely adjusted, and the entire production process is strictly controlled to ensure the stability of product quality.
