This trial production not only broke through the technical bottleneck of high difficulty in production and high risk of belt breakage for this specification, but also was a concrete practice of the group's transformation into a manufacturing service industry, laying a solid foundation for expanding the market for ultra-thin specification products.
It is reported that 0.20-0.25mm hard rolled coil is prone to breakage during the rolling process due to its thin thickness, and its production difficulty is significantly higher than that of conventional specifications. In response to the market demand for ultra-thin products, the Technology Research Center took the lead in formulating a special trial production plan, focusing on the three core links of raw material control, process optimization, and process stabilization to promote research. Make production preparations for the pickling rolling line in advance, optimize the secondary rolling model based on actual on-site conditions, customize key parameters such as reduction rate and unit tension for different specifications, form a dynamic fine-tuning mechanism, and ensure process adaptability. The trial production was carried out according to the idea of "gradient thickness reduction", gradually rolling from 0.33mm to 0.20mm, and the production process was stable, achieving the expected trial production effect.
The successful trial production of the 0.2-0.25mm ultra-thin hard rolled coils not only verified Jingye Group's technical capabilities in the field of ultra-thin rolling, but also accumulated key process parameters and process control experience, providing strong support for the subsequent promotion of large-scale production of products of this specification and enhancing market competitiveness.
