Founded in 1996, Tangshan Shengcai Steel Co., Ltd. is located in Angezhuang Town, Luannan County, 20km away from Tangshan in the east, 3km away from Qingtuoying Station of Tanggang Expressway in the north, 100km away from Tianjin Port in the west, 50km away from Jingtang Port in the east, and with Huanhai Grade A highway in front of it. It integrates manufacture and sale all together.

With emphasis on quality management, Shengcai Steel took the lead in passing ISO9001-2000 Quality Management certification. The company covers an area of 905,600 square meters, with a building area of 150,000 square meters and fixed assets of RMB 380 million. more than 15 years of development, it has developed into a factory specialized in producing all kinds of hot rolled section steels. There are a total of four production lines here, including an 850 universal section production line, a 650 section production line, a 550 tandem production line, and a 680 tandem production line for strips.

At present, we can produce the full range of angles and channels, with sizes for angles from 25*25mm to 250*250mm. The annual output is more than 2,000,000 metric tons. In order to improve the quality of the products, the factory has been bringing in advanced equipment and technical personnel all the time. At present, the products here have been approved by CCS and KS certification. Until now, the products here have been widely used in making transmission towers, vessels, architecture, and so on.
