Handan

Handan is located at the southern tip of Hebei Province, bordering Shanxi, Shandong, and Henan provinces. It is a regional central city for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Central Plains Economic Zone. It is also an old industrial base under national key construction. The closest port to Handan is Huanghua Port, which is 400 kilometers apart. It is located on the shore of the Bohai Sea in Huanghua City, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, right at the junction of Hebei Province and Shandong Province, and in the middle of the Bohai Rim Economic Circle.

Handan currently has famous steel mills such as Handan Steel, which aim at "building an international level modernized Handan Iron and Steel Group" and actively promote the four supporting strategies of industrial upgrading, management innovation, talent development, and cultural promotion.
