On September 17, the world's first low-carbon 45-ton axle heavy-duty wheel was successfully rolled off the production line at Masteel Rail Transit Materials Technology. The entire manufacturing process of this wheel reduces carbon emissions by more than 20%. Its world premiere provides Masteel's solution for the full life cycle "carbon neutral product" practice in the international wheel and axle industry. The 45-ton axle heavy-duty wheel is the heavy-duty wheel with the largest axle load in the world and is the "NO.1" product of Masteel. It has high transportation efficiency and low cost after being loaded and used.  Masteel actively cooperates with the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, continues to explore key process technology improvements, and sets up a team to develop this product. It has successfully reduced carbon emissions throughout the entire wheel manufacturing process, leading the development and application of high-quality, low-carbon, heavy-duty wheel products.
