As a kind of high-strength, high-temperature alloy steel, the high-end wire steel BGHS380 has excellent heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant properties, and can maintain high strength and hardness in high-temperature environments, as well as good corrosion-resistant and fatigue-resistant properties, which gives it an advantage in the manufacture of boilers, steam turbines and other parts under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
In order to ensure the success of the product trial production, the plant actively organizes professional and technical personnel and business backbone to study the domestic and international production practice experience, and carefully analyze and confirm each link, key point and difficult point of the process control. On this basis, it has formulated reasonable internal control standards, determined the process points of each smelting process, and trained the operators of each position on the process control points.
During the production process, the plant's technicians follow up and guide the whole process, and the production personnel operate carefully, pay close attention to every production detail, and adjust the process parameters in time to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
