The company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of ironmaking, steelmaking, and steel rolling processing; the research and development of special steel; and the import and export business of self-operated and agent products and technologies. Xuanli Special Steel's annual output of 2 million tons of special steel technical transformation project is a key investment attraction project in Tongling City. It was established with the approval of the Anhui Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission documents. The total investment of the project is more than 4 billion yuan the first phase of construction land is 1,000 acres, it invests in the construction of two 180-square-meter sintering machines, two 1,080-cubic-meter blast furnaces, two 120-ton converters, and two six-machine six-strand billet continuous casting machines, and 2800mm medium plate production line and bar production line, a comprehensive raw material yard that can meet the annual production capacity of 2 million tons of steel and related supporting facilities such as oxygen production, dock, waste heat power plant, 110,000-volt substation. This project is constructed in three phases.
