Shanxi Steel Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. holds Grade I General Contracting qualifications for metallurgical engineering, building construction, and municipal public works. It also possesses Grade I Professional Contracting qualifications for foundation works, steel structure engineering, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, and industrial furnace/kiln engineering, as well as Grade II Professional Contracting qualifications for ready-mixed commercial concrete. The company holds a Grade IV license for the installation, repair, and testing of power facilities; manufacturing licenses for Class I and II pressure vessels; and installation, modification, and repair licenses for special equipment such as boilers, pressure pipelines, and hoisting machinery. Additionally, it holds various specialized qualifications for overseas project contracting, engineering testing and surveying, non-standard equipment manufacturing, and the hoisting and transport of large-scale equipment.

The company has achieved certification for the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:1996 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

The Group headquarters comprises eight management departments and oversees four specialized engineering subsidiaries: Construction Engineering, Installation Engineering, Mechanical Construction, and Foundation Engineering.
