During the trial rolling of HRB600 high-strength rebar, the key points of process control were clearly defined in the steelmaking and rolling processes, and detailed provisions were made for key technical parameters such as chemical composition and temperature control to meet the trial production process requirements. In the smelting and casting stages, the production team carefully arranged key details to ensure that the HRB600 process requirements were implemented. At the same time, each process was strictly operated in accordance with the process's key points, with a focus on controlling the charge amount, temperature, and composition during smelting. Based on the results of molten steel sampling and analysis, flexible adjustments were made within the permitted range, and key process control data and slag samples were carefully collected for in-depth analysis. These measures laid a solid foundation for the success of the trial rolling.
