The 3.0mm 420MPa-grade aluminum-coated sheet produced this time was challenging to produce due to its thickness, which was at the production line's capacity limit, and the fact that it was made of high-strength steel. Tangsteel's R&D team collaborated to systematically study the effects of annealing temperature and skin-pass mill elongation on product performance, as well as the impact of furnace atmosphere changes on surface quality. Based on this research, they optimized the production process and adjusted the tension parameters of each roller system, ultimately ensuring that the product performance and surface quality met customer expectations with high standards.
