It will further promote TISCO Mining's green transformation, subversion and innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, ecological recycling, etc. are integrated into the entire life cycle of the mining system in an all-round and full-chain manner to ensure the construction of green metallurgical supply chain.
Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a comprehensive information disclosure of the environmental impact of a product throughout its life cycle, and must be certified by a third party before it can be released. Environmental product declarations are transparent and comparable environmental information documents covering the entire life cycle of a product, and are highly recognized internationally. Environmental product declarations can help companies improve environmental decision-making, quantify environmental performance, highlight social responsibilities, enhance brand image, break through international trade barriers, and promote green consumption.
In recent years, TISCO Mining has deeply understood and fully grasped the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches during his inspection and investigation of China Baowu TISCO Group, and has effectively shouldered the mission of green and low-carbon development of the metallurgical mining industry. It has actively promoted rotary kiln flue gas waste heat and kiln waste heat in the mining system green and low-carbon advanced technologies such as cylinder radiant heat recovery, ring cooler flue gas waste heat recovery, and low-temperature water source heat pump technology.
