On January 13, Sunyon Group's first phase stainless steel bar and wire project once again achieved a technological breakthrough and successfully rolled TA1 pure titanium medium bars.
TA1 titanium is an important high-performance metal material with excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability. It is widely used in aerospace, chemical, medical and other fields. This titanium rod is rolled for the first time. In order to do a good job in production, sufficient process preparations were made in the early stage to overcome the easy oxidation of pure titanium under high-temperature heating, and the protective heating process was tried for the first time.
