Recently, Shandong Steel Co., Ltd.'s Steel Plant successfully developed the European standard HE180AA, IPE240A, IPE270A, and IPE300A series of thin H-beam on a medium-sized production line. After testing, the product's accuracy and surface quality indicators all meet the user requirements. This marks the first successful development and mass production of this type of European standard H-beam on a medium-sized production line, marking a new step in Shandong Steel's H-beam production capacity.

This thin and light H-beam is customized to meet customer needs. Its flange is thin, rolling is difficult, and the production process requirements are extremely high. To ensure successful rolling, Shandong Steel's Steel Section Plant comprehensively analyzed equipment support capabilities and optimized production processes and organizational models. During the production process, technical parameters and rolling adjustments are tracked in real time to ensure stable rolling and meet product technical requirements.

Shandong Steel's steel section plant will increase its efforts to develop new specifications for externally standardized steel sections based on market demand, meet customers' personalized and differentiated needs, and further enhance the market competitiveness of steel section products.
