On August 16, Shandong Lingang Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shengyang Group, successfully completed its first trial run with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of high-end stainless steel seamless pipe.

The project leverages the raw material advantages of the group's 700,000-ton annual high-end stainless steel bar and wire project, innovatively adopting a "short-process direct raw material supply" model. This not only effectively ensures raw material supply but also significantly promotes the development of downstream supporting industries such as pipe fitting processing and flange manufacturing, effectively promoting the construction of a stainless steel deep processing industry cluster.

The project is focused on high-end manufacturing and has introduced an advanced intelligent integrated production control system, achieving digital management of the entire production process. While its primary product offering is 300 series stainless steel, the company is also committed to developing high-value-added product lines such as 400 series, duplex stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, pure titanium, and titanium alloys, continuously providing the market with a diverse range of high-quality products.

This successful trial run marks a further improvement in Shengyang Group's stainless steel industry chain.
