Recently, the 1580 hot rolling production line of the silicon steel thin plate division has successfully rolled out 19.75 mm extreme thick specification products through equipment transformation and process parameter optimization. The end users have given good feedback after trial use, which has greatly improved the market competitiveness of Xingang's coil products.

The thickness range of Xinsteel Group's hot coils has long been limited to 2 to 16 mm. In order to actively respond to the call of "demanding benefits from optimizing the product structure", the silicon steel thin plate division has focused on expanding the extreme specifications of products in recent years. As of the end of last year, the extreme specifications of this product have been expanded to 1.6 mm to 18 mm.

At the beginning of this year, the Silicon Steel Sheet Division took advantage of the opportunity of the 1580 hot rolling production line coiler transformation to make another effort. By optimizing the hot rolling process parameters, it finally successfully produced 19.75 mm extreme thick specification products in June this year. According to the trial feedback from end users, the extreme specification product has a good use effect and has a broad market prospect.
