Jingye Huaxi Special Steel Successfully Passed the Annual Audit of Singapore BC1

BC1 certification is a mandatory qualification for structural steel to enter the Singapore construction market. It is issued by the Singapore BCA (Building and Construction Authority) and is part of the structural steel access substitution guidelines. This certification simultaneously recognizes standards from multiple countries, including the United States ASTM, Japan JIS, China GB, and South Korea KS. Its FPC (Factory Production Control System) certification focuses on the quality management system and product quality control capabilities of steel production enterprises. This annual review is an on-site verification of whether Huaxi Special Steel's testing capabilities continue to meet the requirements of the BC1 standard.

On the day of the review, the expert group went deep into the machining workshop and mechanical testing area of Jingye Huaxi Special Steel's physical laboratory to inspect key processes such as sample preparation, tensile testing, and impact testing. Meanwhile, the expert team also conducted spot checks on equipment calibration certificates, personnel qualification files, original records and test reports, and carried out a systematic evaluation of Jingye Huaxi Special Steel's quality control system. During the on-site review, the expert panel affirmed the physical laboratory's testing capabilities and quality management level, and the on-site review was successfully completed.
