After testing, the surface quality, mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties of the products all meet the requirements of product technical indicators. The Group's cold series product categories have been updated again. This move also adds impetus to the transformation of the Group's products to mid-to-high-end.
The non-patterned galvanized sheet is customized on the basis of the original production through a series of process improvements and equipment improvement measures such as replacement of zinc liquid composition, optimization of skin-pass machine functions, and equipment transformation. The group can produce non-patterned galvanized products with a thickness of 0.4mm to 2.5mm, a width of 900mm to 1300mm, and a zinc layer thickness of 30g/m² to 450g/m². The varieties involve low-carbon steel, structural steel, and deep-drawing steel. They have a smooth surface, uniform gloss, excellent corrosion resistance, and good coating performance. They can meet the needs of color-coated base materials, chemical product packaging materials, home appliance substrates, automotive structural parts, and deep-drawing materials, and are suitable for use in the fields of automobiles and home appliances.
It is reported that in May this year, after preliminary market visits and evaluations, the group's No. 2 galvanizing unit switched to non-speckled galvanized products. The group's cold rolling mill, metallurgical technology department, production planning department, cold rolling sales department, and other units performed their duties, worked together, and cooperated closely, from formulating zinc liquid replacement plans to adjusting production plans, from planning product conversion period quality control plans to equipment transformation plans, careful planning and rigorous demonstration, and finally, with everyone's unremitting efforts and expectations, the non-speckled galvanized products were successfully launched.
