Recently, Heilongjiang Jianlong's first batch of more than 6,000 tons of X52NO corrosion-resistant line pipes was officially shipped to China Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd. It took only 50 days from new product development, and batch production to final delivery to customers. Its reliable product quality and fast and timely delivery have been well received by customers.
It is understood that X52NO pipeline pipe is a low-alloy high-strength steel, which is widely used in marine environments due to its good performance. The standard of this kind of steel is very strict and must pass professional corrosion resistance tests. At the same time, it is required to have excellent fatigue resistance, fracture resistance, and corrosion resistance to ensure stability and durability in extreme environments.
In order to meet customer needs, Heilongjiang Jianlong, in conjunction with China Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd., conducted research on the X52NO pipeline pipe, which is susceptible to major corrosion factors such as pH, Cl-, hydrostatic pressure, and dissolved oxygen content in long-term service in the marine environment. They successfully developed the X52NO (PSL2) pipeline pipe with low P and S and corrosion resistance for offshore service conditions.
Since 2024, the company has successfully completed the development of 18 high-grade steel varieties such as Q125, X65Q, and BJ890, achieving sales of 67,100 tons, creating benefits of 12.96 million yuan, and completing 72% of the annual benefit creation target. Among them, 33,700 tons of finished pipes were sold, achieving full supply to the "Big Four Oil Companies", and in this year's PetroChina annual centralized procurement bidding, it won the bid again with the first comprehensive ranking, with a configuration of 194,500 tons, accounting for 37% of the total. At the same time, Heilongjiang Jianlong also passed the two-party certification of Gazprom Oil and Oman CCED Oil Company and was shortlisted as a qualified supplier, laying the foundation for further expanding the international market.
