On July 24, 6,000 tons of 60N U71MnG 100-meter high-speed heavy rails customized for customers by Handan Iron and Steel Company of HBIS Group rolled off the production line. All product indicators meet the requirements of TB/T2344.1-2020 standards requirements and will be used in constructing important connecting lines for the Hefei-Xinyi high-speed railways in the Beijing-Shanghai corridor area. At present, Handan Steel has supplied more than 10,000 tons of goods for the project.
Handan Steel closely follows the group's pace of accelerating the transformation from a pure production-oriented enterprise to a "manufacturing + service" enterprise, getting closer to the market and customers, targeting the demand for high-end materials in the field of railway construction, giving full play to its technical marketing advantages, deepening the docking and exchanges with China Railway Corporation and various railway bureaus, and continuously increasing the development of domestic high-speed railways, subways, dedicated lines and overseas markets, continuously improving product quality and service levels, and promoting product competitiveness. The team strengthened communication and docking with the project party, strictly followed the quality requirements of high-speed heavy rails, and formulated special process internal control standards and product delivery plans. In the production process, key process parameters are optimized to achieve high surface quality and high dimensional accuracy of rails, meeting the stringent requirements of high-speed rail line construction.
The Hefei-Xinyi High-speed Railway connects Hefei City, Anhui Province, and Xinyi City, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The line is about 324 kilometers long and has a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. After its completion and opening, it will be of great significance to promote the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
