Bensteel's 2175mm Steel was Successfully Rolled for the First Time

Recently, the 2300 production line of Bensteel's hot-rolled plate mill successfully rolled 2175mm ultra-design width products for the first time, and used the No. 2 coiler to produce Q355C and 26mm ultra-design thickness products continuously.
The 2175mm wide plate is the widest plate rolled by the traditional hot rolling mill in the industry. The breakthrough in product specifications and successful trial production can fully meet the diverse needs of users and inject strong momentum into Bensteel Group's expansion of the high-end product market and enhancement of its core competitiveness.
During the production of the products, the various operating areas of the 2300 production line of the plant worked together efficiently and clearly divided the work. The steel passages of the entire line were measured and confirmed one by one, and the entire line was simulated many times to solve the problems found in a timely manner and break through the technical bottleneck. A detailed trial production plan was formulated around raw material inspection, pre-rolling preparation, production planning, production technology, etc., and it was implemented item by item to ensure the successful rolling of products with specifications exceeding the design capacity limit.
