Through mathematical modeling, theoretical simulation, and fatigue Through a combination of experiments, a reasonable wire matching process was designed and the gap between strands and the number of press passes were optimized to make the layers of steel wires in the strands closer and increase fatigue resistance. At the same time, the steel core uses a self-developed steel core plastic coating process to enhance the stability and breaking force of the steel wire rope.
Previously, the two companies jointly developed five projects, including FAST wire rope, cold-rolled loop wire rope, dry quenching wire rope, high-quality special-purpose wire rope, and ultra-large diameter solid polymer ropeway wire rope, which have created a production value of more than 3 million yuan.
