It is reported that during this process, Ansteel's Silicon Steel (Price) Division made breakthroughs in several technical bottlenecks in the rolling and annealing processes, and successfully produced the first coil of 0.10mm ultra-thin environmentally friendly coated electrical steel 10ADG950. This product boasts excellent performance indicators, with an iron loss of 9.4 W/kg (P1.0/400), a magnetic flux density of 1.658 T, and a yield strength as high as 430 MPa. It can be widely used in the field of high-efficiency motors for robots. Meanwhile, the 0.15mm ultra-thin electrical steel 15AD1000 produced by this division has gained high market recognition for its stable performance and excellent quality. After successfully delivering the first batch of orders in April this year, it has also received certification orders from several advanced motor manufacturers.
