The company insists on taking the high-quality route, focusing on the research and development of high-value-added products and improving its technological innovation capabilities. In this new product development, the company strengthened technical cooperation with an enterprise in Liaoning Province, selected world-class production equipment, implemented "three certain" production management, and carried out comprehensive development of ingredient design, heat treatment process, and drawing process. Through mathematical modeling, theoretical simulation, and fatigue Through a combination of experiments, a reasonable wire matching process was designed and the gap between strands and the number of press passes were optimized to make the layers of steel wires in the strands closer and increase fatigue resistance. At the same time, the steel core uses a self-developed steel core plastic coating process to enhance the stability and breaking force of the steel wire rope.
Previously, the two companies jointly developed five projects, including FAST wire rope, cold-rolled loop wire rope, dry quenching wire rope, high-quality special-purpose wire rope, and ultra-large diameter solid polymer ropeway wire rope, which have created a production value of more than 3 million yuan.
