Horizontal packaging:
Basic packaging structure: This is a more conventional packaging method. Iron sheet is usually used as the outer packaging material to tightly wrap the prepainted steel coil, which can protect the prepainted steel coil from scratches and other damage during transportation and storage. The inside of the iron sheet package will be lined with moisture-proof paper to prevent the prepainted steel coil from getting damp. The inner diameter of the prepainted steel coil under this packaging method is generally 508 mm or 610 mm, which is suitable for most conventional transportation and storage scenarios.
Special reinforcement measures: Some customers will add iron sleeves inside the prepainted steel coil according to actual needs. This iron sleeve can play a supporting role and prevent the prepainted steel coil from collapsing during transportation or long-term storage. However, adding an iron sleeve is a special requirement and may incur additional costs.

Vertical packaging:
Packing form characteristics: Vertical packaging is a packaging method that has gradually emerged in recent years. When the prepainted steel coil is vertically packaged, the core of the coil is upward, and the bottom is fixed on a wooden pallet. This packaging method can make the prepainted steel coils more stable during transportation and can effectively prevent the prepainted steel coils from being deformed and scratched due to shaking or squeezing, even in long-distance transportation or complex transportation environments.

Standard export packaging:
Packaging materials and reinforcement methods: If the prepainted steel coils are used for export, standard export packaging will be used. The outer surface of this packaging method is usually waterproof kraft paper and galvanized iron. The outer surface of the prepainted steel coils is usually waterproof kraft paper and galvanized iron. It is also protected again with galvanized iron sheets, and the entire packaging is reinforced with steel wire.

Horizontal packaging is the default factory packaging method for prepainted steel coil manufacturers, with iron sheet wrapped outside and moisture-proof paper lined inside, and the inner diameter of the roll is 508/610mm; some customers also have special requirements, adding iron sleeves inside to prevent roll collapse, and adding iron sleeves requires additional charges, and the prices vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer.

2. Vertical packaging
Vertical packaging appeared later than horizontal packaging. Its advantages are that it is more secure during transportation and it can avoid roll collapse without iron sleeves, ensuring that the prepainted steel coil is delivered to customers safely and without scratches. Of course, there are additional costs because vertical packaging is more troublesome than horizontal packaging when loading and unloading vehicles.
As customers' requirements for product quality increase, more and more people choose vertical delivery.

1. The difference in chemical composition between the two is that 304 has lower carbon content than 310 and higher nickel and chromium content.
2. Performance: 304 stainless steel pipe has better corrosion resistance and ductility than 310; 310 stainless steel pipe has higher hardness, so its wear resistance and fatigue strength are better than 304 stainless steel pipe.
3. Application: 310s stainless steel pipe is generally used for elastic purposes, such as making springs. 304 stainless steel pipe has good corrosion resistance and is generally used in food, kitchen and bathroom, water treatment, and other aspects.

Different production processes
The production processes of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet are different. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is to immerse the steel in molten zinc liquid, and after taking out, cooling, cleaning and other process steps, the zinc layer is fixed on the surface of the steel sheet to form a protective film, thereby achieving the effect of anti-corrosion. Galvanized steel sheet is electroplated by coating the surface of the steel sheet with zinc and then processed, painted, and other processes.

Different coating thickness
The thickness of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is generally between 5-60μm, and its coating thickness is relatively uniform; while the thickness of galvanized steel sheet is generally between 5-25μm, and its coating thickness is uneven, which is easy to crack and chip when bending or cutting, affecting the appearance and anti-corrosion effect.

Different corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is better than that of galvanized steel sheet. Because the coating of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is uniform and dense, closely combined with the steel sheet substrate, it is not easy to fall off. At the same time, the density and purity of the surface zinc crystal are high, there are fewer impurities in the coating, and the corrosion resistance is strong. The coating of galvanized steel sheet is not dense enough and is easy to fall off, making it difficult to prevent corrosion for a long time.

Different mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet are slightly worse than those of galvanized steel sheet, mainly in terms of tensile strength and yield strength. Because the hot-dip galvanizing process will reduce the surface strength of the steel, the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is slightly inferior to the galvanized steel sheet in terms of strength.
