Wear-resistant steel plate is a plate product designed for use in large area wear conditions. Wear-resistant steel plates are made of ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity, and the surface is laminated by overlay welding to form a wear resistant layer with a certain thickness and high hardness and excellent wear resistance. The alloy wear-resistant layer accounts for 1/2 to 1/3 of the full thickness of the plate; because its main chemical composition is chromium, which can reach 20% to 30% of all materials, its wear resistance is very good. Wear-resistant steel plates are widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electric power, glass, mining, building materials and tile industries.
