Steel plates are flat sheets of steel that are poured with steel, cooled and pressed. Steel plates are divided by thickness, and they are thin steel plates <4mm (min: 0.2mm), thick steel plates 4mm to 60mm and extra thick steel plates 60mm to 115mm. We generally refer to 4mm to 20 mm thickness steel plates as Ordinary medium-thick steel plate. The common materials of medium-thick steel plate are Q235 (ASTM A36), Q345 (A572 Grade 50), 45# ( ASTM 1045) and many others.
