The process of producing stainless steel tubes is complex. The first step is to prepare the round steel, the second step is to heat the round steel we have prepared, and the third step is to hot roll the round steel we have prepared and to cut the head after piercing. Once we have cut the head of the round steel, it can be pickled and resharpened and lubricated. Then we can proceed to the next step, which is the cold rolling process. After cold rolling, the round steel can then be degreased and solution heat treated. Finally, we can cut and pickle the round steel. After calibration, the round steel can be accepted into storage. In addition, some steel pipes also need to be tested according to requirements and standards such as rolled edges, or flattening tests and flaring tests.
