According to Chinese standards, the thickness of cold rolled steel strip is generally 0.1mm ~ 3 mm and its width is 100mm ~ 2000mm. Cold rolled steel strip has the advantages of good surface finish, good flatness, high dimensional accuracy and good mechanical properties. Among them, if the width of cold rolled steel strip is within 30mm - 630mm it is called strip steel. It is commonly available in widths of 235mm, 285mm, 335mm, 355mm, 430mm and 520mm.
