Q:How to package aluminum coils for transportation?

According to customer needs, aluminum coils can be packaged as a whole roll or divided into small rolls.
When dividing into small rolls, it is best to line the paper core to prevent the small rolls from deforming or bending due to squeezing;
The aluminum coils should be sealed with plastic cloth and sealed with transparent tape to prevent moisture from entering and causing corrosion and discoloration of the aluminum coils;
The outer packaging should be tightly packed with thick cardboard, and a layer of kraft paper can also be added between the plastic cloth and the cardboard to increase the protection effect;
The packaged aluminum coils are placed on the wooden pallet and reinforced with steel belts.
