Q:How to deal with the excessive bending of steel bars?

1. Reheating
For excessively bent steel bars, they can be reheated to return them to their normal state, which can extend the service life of the steel bars.
2. Curve inversion method
Bend the excessively bent steel bars under normal conditions to reverse the original bending position, then buckle the steel bars to keep them from deforming, so that the original shape of the steel bars can be restored.
3. Core replacement method
Bend the core part (i.e. the center part of the steel bar) of the excessively bent steel bar, stretch the core part to flatten the curvature, and then move the original curvature to the core part, so that a new, non-bent steel bar can be obtained.
