Q:How do we deal with the problems of yellow coating, fine bubbles, pinholes, and pitting on the coating?

1) Treatment method for yellow coating with fine bubbles:

① Check the acidity and correct it with sulfuric acid; ② If the bubbles do not stop, add water to dilute the electrolyte; ③ If the anode dissolves too quickly, replace the cast anode with a rolled anode.

2) Treatment methods for pinholes and pits in the plating layer:

① Use a pH meter to determine whether the pH value is low and adjust it to normal; ② Add enough wetting agent; ③ Check the anode bag. If it turns yellow, it means there are many iron impurities, which should be removed immediately; ④ If there are more pits on one side of the plated part and fewer on the other side, check whether the nickel electrode on this side is too small or has poor conductivity; ⑤ Use activated carbon to treat impurities in the electroplating solution.
