Jilin Jianlong Successfully Develops Ultra-Thin New Energy Non-Oriented Silicon Steel

On November 14, Jilin Jianlong's latest 0.2mm new energy high-end grade non-oriented silicon steel is waiting to be shipped to downstream customers. This batch of products will be used in the manufacture of new energy vehicles, high-end home appliances, and drones.
The 0.2mm new energy high-end grade non-oriented silicon steel products produced by Jilin Jianlong this time are thinner and have lower iron loss than ordinary silicon steel products. Under low-frequency and medium-frequency conditions, they have excellent magnetic properties. The lateral thickness difference is controlled within 3μm, and the stacking coefficient reaches more than 97%. The magnetic properties, dimensional accuracy control, and appearance quality fully meet the strict requirements for the manufacturing of high-speed precision motor cores for drones, robots, automotive micromotors, etc.
In order to overcome the technical difficulties of high-end silicon steel products, Jilin Jianlong's "production, sales, and research" departments worked closely together, guided by customer needs, and through equipment upgrades and technological research and development, successfully overcame many technical difficulties such as silicon steel smelting, slab structure control, hot rolling stability control, normalization structure optimization, extreme specification rolling, and thin-specification stable operation of continuous annealing units and magnetic properties process optimization. The trial production of ultra-thin new energy high-end grade non-oriented silicon steel was a one-time success.
