It is understood that Baogang has previously achieved the supply of whole vehicle sheet materials for another model of this automobile brand, and the product performance meets customer needs. Based on the good cooperation foundation in the early stage, this automobile brand will continue to cooperate with Baogang to supply one of its domestic production bases this year. Through early communication and docking with customers, in order to meet the larger stamping deformation of the product, the cold-rolled deep-drawing steel for this trial mold requires the sheet to have a certain strength and good plasticity. In order to improve the qualification rate of the trial mold, the technicians tracked the production of the trial mold material throughout the whole process. Each process strictly followed the process requirements. The mechanical properties of the product met expectations, laying the foundation for the success of the trial mold.
