This indicates that Jianlong Beiman Special Steel has the ability to stably produce ultra-low sulfur pipeline steel, laying a solid foundation for the future development and production of higher-grade pipeline steel products.
It is understood that ultra-low sulfur corrosion-resistant oil and gas field pipeline steel is widely used in oil and gas field fluid transportation pipelines. The standards for this type of steel are very strict and must pass HIC and SSC corrosion tests. At the same time, it is required to have high strength, high toughness, and excellent fatigue resistance, fracture resistance, and corrosion resistance to ensure stability and durability in extreme environments.

At the same time, to ensure the surface quality of peritectic steel billets, the professional team finely adjusted the continuous casting process parameters and optimized the protective slag, thereby significantly improving the surface quality of the billets, so that all technical indicators of the products meet customer requirements.
