The whole unit of the prepainted steel plate production process includes the following four parts: entrance section, pre-treatment section, painting section and export section. The process flow of the common two-coated two-dry colour-coated production line is: uncoiling → sewing → entrance sleeve → cleaning → pre-treatment → primary (fine) coating → primary (fine) curing → cooling → export sleeve → shearing → coiling. After the above process, the prepainted steel plates produced have the advantages of rich colour, strong adhesion, durability and resistance to chalking to ensure that they meet the product requirements of importers.
